On August 8, Zaza Bibilashvili spoke to the participants of CENN Bulachauri Civic Education Camp on “Memory, Identity and Russian Propaganda”. The event was attended by over 30 participants of the camp, mainly from Georgia’s Kvemo Kartli and Javakheti regions, with predominantly minority population.
