Discussion in Gori on the Topic – “…Remaining till de-occupation”

“…remaining till de-occupation” – was the main subject of discussion between representatives of the Chavchavadze Center and more than 20 youth gathered in Gori. 

The discussion took place at the EECMD office as part of the Chavchavadze Center Project – AGORA Discussion Club, on August 7, 12 years after the start of the last Russian-Georgian war. 

Participants of the discussion were:

Zaza Bibilashvili, Founder of the Chavchavadze Center;
Nino Kalandadze, Director of the Chavchavadze Center;
Mariam Gersamia, Professor (TSU), Senior Researcher of the Center;
Gia Japaridze, Professor (University of Georgia), Senior Researcher of the Center;
Arina Tavakarashvili, Professor at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University;

AGORA aims to empower active citizens, new thought leaders and civic activists. 

For eighth month already, so-called Thinkathon is held. In this format, where participants discuss in an interactive mode and present solutions to the proposed issues.
