Film Screening and Discussion on the issues of Justice held at the Chavchavadze Center

On November 20, the Chavchavadze Center hosted another film screening and discussion on the issues of good citizenship, law and justice. Within the Project “Youth for Justice”, the audience viewed “Rashomon”, a 1950 classic by a renown Japanese director Akira Kurosawa. The film is based on two shorty stories by Japanese writer Ryunosuke Akutagawa.

The guest speaker of the event was author Zaal Samadashvili, who led an interesting discussion and awarded book prizes to the most active participants of the event.

The founder of Chavchavadze Center, lawyer and publicist Zaza Bibilashvili has been hosting the “Youth for Justice” project for the second year running.

The Project is carried out with generous support of the Dutch D66 and IDI.
