From August 19-21 in Ateni, Gori Municipality, a two-day seminar on "Civic Memory, Myths and Propaganda" was held within the framework of the coalition project "DIVERSE" (Diversity, Intercultural Dialogue, and Versatile Strategies for Resilient Society Empowerment). Representatives from the Chavchavadze Center, Internews Georgia, and the Investigation Bureau led the sessions. They addressed participants on the importance of civic memory, the historical context of disinformation and propaganda, its origins, and its impact on contemporary society. Young people from various regions of Georgia participated in the event. During the seminar, participants also viewed documentaries on Soviet myths and modern hybrid warfare.
