On October 12-13, the Ilia Chavchavadze Center for European Studies and Civic Education held the next round of its master classes in Kutaisi. The event, hosted by the Civic Engagement Center in Kutaisi, was held under the aegis of Project Common Sense – Civil Society vis-à-vis Politics.
The classes were led by the Center’s founder, lawyer and publicist Zaza Bibilashvili, the Center’s director, former deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze, the Center’s Senior Fellow, profession of media psychology Mariam Gersamia and founder of GDI, lawyer and civic activist Giorgi Mshvenieradze.
Thematic panels generated lively discussion on various topical issues, and were followed by public speaking training and simulated debate sessions. Participants were awarded with certificates at the end of the program.
