During December 27-29, the Chavchavadze Center hosted youth camp “Together Towards the Democratic Future” for young people interested in politics.

 

The camp's participants met with members of the Supreme Council (the first parliament of independent Georgia, elected in 1990), representatives of political parties, civil society and mass media.

 

Discussions focused on Georgia’s EU integration, pre-election media landscape, challenges faced by political parties and civil society, civic activism, and the influence of propaganda and disinformation on elections.

 

The youth camp was organized with the generous support of #D66 and #IDI.
